Firefly boasts a pleasant ambiance with welcoming hosts and servers, yet falls short in delivering on its most crucial aspect: the food. Unfortunately, the dishes lacked flavor and were excessively greasy, making it one of the least enjoyable dining experiences I've had. Adding to the disappointment, the restaurant automatically tacks on an 18% gratuity, which feels unjustified, especially considering that tips supposedly go directly into the owner's pocket, leaving a bitter taste in the mouth, both figuratively and literally.
