Jilly's Cupcakery

I'm not sure where some of the other reviewers had THEIR cupcakes, but mine have always been incredibly fresh and moist, with the most mouth watering flavors EVER. The variety is great for their everyday cupcakes and the special cupcake of the day flavors are also fantastic. One of the bad reviews was about twist ties on the cake pops? Give me a break. Some people just want to complain. Great cupcakes. If you're in the area try them, you'll agree. I dare you to dislike the strawberry cream. It's to die for.

Cupcakes are huge and delicious. I love the red velvet. I have to stop myself from walking into Jilly's everytime I go grocery shopping at Kroger. I'm surprised to see the negative reviews about the taste. I've had them 3-4 times now. There are certain flavors that I don't care for, that's just a preference though, the cupcakes are always moist and done well.

Best Cupcakes I have ever tasted. My son brings them to KY every time he goes to Alpharetta on business. My friends and family all love them.

I had many issues with customer service. From the time I ordered there was confusion on what flavors/options were available. Got my order set, and asked about pick up times. My party was on a Sunday and the man who took my order said Sunday at 11 would work even though they weren't open, someone would be there to give me my order. Got a phone call from a woman the next day who (quite snippy) told me I couldn't do that and needed to come during business hours on Saturday. I also received attitude when I called a couple days before my party to confirm my order as of I was bothering them. Once I picked up my order all of my cake pops looked the exact same even though I suggested different icing to tell flavors apart. I was told that each pop would be tagged to name the flavor. Well, these "tags" were cheap clear or whiter twist ties. Sorry, but won't be inconveniencing myself for these goods again.
