ALARA North Point

The condition of this complex has become unlivable. There are constant break ins, homeless beggars in the parking lot, the staff will do anything to scam you out of money. Just be warned that if you move here, expect to pay twice as much as the rental fees with random charges that they come up with on a weekly basis. This month alone they have attempted to charge me over $1000 for absurd things like pool toy maintenance fees ect. You cant go outside at night because you are almost guaranteed to be robbed by gangs in the parking lots.

Putting it as 1 as there is no option to give Zero. I went to this place after getting an appointment. The appointment was at 10:00 AM and I reached around 9:45. Hope it is hard to reach the office exactly at 10:00 with clinical precision. The Receptionist at the front desk ask me to get out of the lounge and not even allowed me to wait in the couch. I understand they opens at 10 and I was ready to wait for 15 minutes. Sending a bonafide customer out of the leasing center and locking the door is ridicules. I think the management have to give the front end employees a session so that they can gain a better customer satisfaction

I am a resident for last 10 months at Avana. Initial week was not great as I had few complaints about the unit. Nicole did her best and resolved our concerns that helped the move in. Over time the relationship, mutual respect and trust with the leasing office got better. Anastasia is my favorite and go to person for any queries. She picks our call 8 out of 10 times which works great for us. Derek and Yuri are so hard working and usually very quick to address my maintenance requests unless the situation is not in their control(spares that need to be ordered/delivered). As our 10 month lease ends sooner, we visited few other properties within Alpharetta with Tennis court. Still, We liked this apartment better in terms of Spacing between the buildings, sunlight, amenities like kitchen with granite top, Stove with Coil top, valet trash, relatively less pests, known & friendly leasing staffs. So, we are renewing our lease.
