I had my very first psychiatry appointment today with Dr William Elkington and he was amazing, he explained everything thoroughly and he even made sure that I felt comfortable as a new patient. I learned so much and I felt safe talking to him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else.

Dr Sakow was amazing, he took the time to LISTEN, understand, and took care of his patients, the new staff there automatically wants to change everything, they even kicked me out of the clinic and called me an ADDICT. Because they didnt agree with Sakows treatment plan that has worked for 5 plus years! They didn't even take the time to look at the fact that I hardly ever had a prescription filled that they accused me of "abusing". Sadly seems like others have the same issue, and now are seeking health care somewhere else in this small town. so sad!

Definitely not a facility that helps the patient. Makes everything way worse and the psychiatrist I saw acted like I was wasting her time. She didnt even listen to me half the time and would assume the worst about everything I brought up.

Well i'm going to make this as easy and try to be as nice as i can! If i could have choosen NO STARS that is what i would have chose it, Dr. Sakow the one there that loves his patients, has left without any reason (according to the staff) and Nurse Katrina calls and yes I got a appointment the next day BUT she gave me a NP Stadley that has no clue how to talk to people and SADLEY i got stuck with her! The first thing she did was hand me a paper saying how Mcheal Jackson and other famous people died, ok what does that have to do with me? I was there for my medicine I have been on for years Klonipin for PTSD and Severe panic disorder, I was in a accedint years ago that caused me not to be able to drive get scared and panmic very easily and I shake all the time! There is a reason why shes not a DOCTOR shes only a nurse with a BIG ego and talks down to everyone! She insulted my daughter who just drove me there. well be aware of who you get! I will be calling the Directors and reporting her!!
