        My first visit was awful ER Doctor Potok or Potlok scheduled me for a chest X-ray when I came for a car accident of back pain, havent urine in two days, and serve nerve damage when I was talking to doctor some nurses who are not on my care plan listening outside the door to a very private conversation. Ask doctor if she knew why I was here she only could say back pain. Stated that they needed urine but left it in the room. They did a CT scan but bc the ER doctor never looked at my chart stated I needed a back X-ray. I have heard serval bad things about this facility but, coming here as a patient and experiencing this first hand was the worst awful experience ever. I wouldnt recommend anyone to come up here.

        My father is currently in the ER and, even though he's deaf, they won't let my mouther in there with him to help explain anything to him. Par for the course with Phoebe.
