        The Westover Cleaner has lost several articles of clothing of ours within the last couple of months. Some items were found, but others weren’t and I was told there was nothing that could be done. We have been using them for years, and had never had this issue until now. I refuse to continue to use a cleaners who losing several articles of my clothing, who tells me there is nothing they can do. Shortly after posting this review, I was contacted by the owner who apologized and worked deligent in finding my articles of clothing. The person whom I dealt with in the beginning of the issue no longer works with the establishment. I am pleased with the turnout and other than this one incident, I believe that I could possibly use their services in future.
