Power was out when I woke up this morning. No emergency dispatch was available due to holidays recording stated. ??? I thought it was Emergency dispatch which means 24 hour service. Finally got on hold after trying for nearly an hour. Then on hold for 20 minutes. I tried automated service, it didn't work, just put me to back of hold on phone call. Little Ocmulgee needs to improve dramatically on their service. I gave them a 1 star rating simply because that was as low a rating offered. They don't deserve even a 1 star.

Hi, let me tell you about these linemen. I live in Elberta, Alabama. Many have no clue where that is, and thats okay. Its near the border of Pensacola, Fl and Gulf Shores, Alabama. The Gulf Coast. Hurricane Sallys bullseye. Its day 5 without power or water. This morning I got up early (couldnt sleep due to my neighbors new generator-) and heard the beeping of trucks backing up. Yesterday the beautiful tree guys came out to cut away the 50-60 pine trees that took out a lot of line, poles, and the transformer deal. This morning the Calvary came to our tiny neighborhood. This morning YOUR areas men are hard at work making everything brand new. God bless them! In the rain, playing with so much power. I went down to the nearest gas station for coffee. I stopped beside them and with tears in my eyes, told them a huge thank you! Thank you for coming to rescue total strangers in another state. Thank you so much for working hard 16+ hours a day for our community and the surrounding communities!!! This gal is forever grateful for electric cowboys riding the line in the rain. Love you guys and I mean that!
