Extremely poor customer service skills / communication. Owner - Kyle dropped the F-word several times during our phone conversation.
I dropped my car off for repairs - repeat visit as was discussed with the owner. Kyle informed me of the exact week to drop off due to busy schedule. Dropped car off overnight, and confirmed in the morning with Mike of them being able to look at car. I never received a call, so called to check status of (late in the day). I was informed abruptly and rudely that they could and would not get to my vehicle this week, and they do not accommodate work schedules. Not sure of what this means, as I had already arranged for transportation this week (understanding it may take longer to look at and repair). A phone call would have been a nice professional courtesy, as I could have made arrangements to pick up my car. He proceeded to yell and curse when I questioned why I was told one thing, if they had no intentions of looking at my vehicle. Also, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it was parked across the street from their shop, in a 3 hour tow away zone. This is my second time dealing with this individual, and he always comes across as being rude, angry, and argumentative. I was hoping this would work out, as I live in the area but will be finding another automotive repair shop. Of note: Mike has always been pleasant and courteous when dealing with.

Kenny at Acworth Automotive saved my Christmas! I thought the transmission in my car broke but Kenny found it was the CV Axel that broke and had it fixed the same day by 2pm.
Now I am still able to make my family trip out of state tomorrow.
Thanks Kenny and team for your help!

Never take your car to these clowns. They lack professionalism. And have no communication skills. They will avoid your calls. And make up excuses for why they can't repair your car.
