Precision Plumbing and Septic

During our recent remodel we used Precision Plumbing and Septic. They installed a new shower/tub combo, an inset tub, a stand alone shower fixtures, multiple bathroom vanities, kitchen sink, laundry sink, etc. Our home had outdated copper water lines - Cody and his crew updated our lines with ease and installed a new hot water heater and filtration system for us. The crew at Precision Plumbing was so easy to work with! They were very timely and professional. Precision Plumbing made their part of the remodel so easy! We were able to order the tubs and fixtures thru them and they were delivered directly to our house. No having to go thru a 3rd party like Lowe's or Home Depot and worry about everything arriving on time. Kayla was a huge help with picking out fixtures and tubs. Who knew there were so many options to choose from?! She helped make the process easy and stress free! I can not say enough good things about Precision Plumbing. Have used these folks for about 5 years and am always glad that I do. They are good people and fairly priced. Just had Justin out to look at a small leak in the kitchen ceiling coming from the upstairs tub. Always worrisome to think about what’s causing something like that but he had it diagnosed and fixed in about 15 minutes. They have also installed a water heater, replaced a toilet, and done some sink and outside spigot work. Highly recommended!

Awesome service from the phone call to make and appointment to the arrival of Cody to evaluate our problem. Next day service and the issue was identified, evaluated, a quote sent to us and appointment made for the repair. While Cody was here on the first call he repaired/replaced a part in the commode and sink that was giving us trouble. Our appointment is Tuesday and we are so ready to get this repair completed. We have used this business for years and always have great service! Prompt, friendly and always priced fairly. We have left at house alone and never had a problem..very trustworthy! We had a laundry room moved upstairs and they completed the project in 1 day. Would highly recommend!
