Horace Gaskins: Allstate Insurance

I had the opportunity to visit my insurance agent's office Horace Gaskins today for the first time since he took over from the previous owner. I must tell you that I walked away with a complete different view about Allstate because of Amber Blackwell. I had never fully satisfied with the service and treatment I received in the past but, still wanted to be loyal. But today I am very much impressed by Amber's exceptional professionalism skills, incredibly knowledgeable, very passionate about meeting the needs of her customers. She gave her undivided attention to my concerns, she listened carefully without interrupted me and confirmed that she understood. She reviewed my policy and provided the best option for the entire family. She exceeded my expectation by going above and beyond. I already shopped around and decided to switch to a competitor. But Amber stopped that immediately and I will stay with Allstate for a long time as long as Amber is around. I hope her leadership/Allstate knows about her qualities and her be treated as a valuable asset instead of a # like many others out there. Thank you so much again Amber and I will start sending you referrals. I will strongly suggest that she becomes a trainer/ mentor or someone who drives customer's satisfactions to reflect the " You are in good hands commercial".
