I went to Coast Dental only because that's what my insurance pays for. That's unfortunate because I will just have to pay out of pocket to go elsewhere. I had surgery for an immediate denture. My teeth , all on top, were literally ripped out of my head within just a few minutes. When I left there I was in so much pain I my husband immediately took me to my regular dentist to see if something was wrong. The dentist concluded the amount of pain I was in was not normal, especially since my mouth had been numbed, and it was from the trauma of having my teeth ripped out so fast and furiously. When less than a week later I need a refill of lidocaine to swish, I called the doctor because it was either that or go to the ER for viscous lidocaine. Who, by the way, said to call if I needed anything. The doctor let out a heaving sigh, asked me was I not aware they were closed the Friday before why didn't you call Thursday? Instead of just asking what I needed I was given the third degree as to why I didn't call on Thursday. Well I was not aware the office was closed Friday or I'd have called on Thursday. Especially if I knew that when I called the dr she would be horribly rude and make me feel horrible. The icing on the cake is that I paid my bill in full at the time of service but just got a $240 bill on the mail for that phone call. I will pay a lawyers fee before I pay to be berated on the phone by one of your doctors. I will never ever return here and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear.

I rate them no star at all. they recommend you for services and trick you to sign to increase the bill and if you have dental insurance, they later send you an outstanding due bill claiming that your insurance paid less than expected for the services coast dental provided to you for dental care. They are money hungry and once you get into their clinic they know how to trick you get into their trap and win money from you in the name of dental care. Avoid Coast Dentals Acworth-Robin Road completely because they are not genuine to their humble customers.

I feel that they recommend unnecessary treatment to increase the bill. Very expensive.
