Frugal Kitchens & Cabinets

Don't shop here. Horrible service, rude owner, not frugal like the name says. Obviously they don't take criticism well or they would take all these poor reviews and change they're ways, but even the responses on Google from the owner are snarky. Edit because owner responded: no sir, I never made a purchase here and I clearly already stated that. I never got the chance because we were so poorly treated when we walked in your establishment. We were ignored for a long time, and when we were addressed, it was unhelpful, and downright rude. I came here to spend money, but I guess you didn't want my money. So I spent it elsewhere.

Hi Richard, Just wanted to take a minute and tell you how impressed Mark and I were with Trever yesterday. He came to the house thinking someone else had alread adjusted the sink, but found out then that he was the one that had to address it. His attitude and professionalism were excellent the whole time thru his unexpected challage for the day. He worked on the sink until we were happy with the results. You have an exceptional employee there. We are very happy with our kitchen and countertops and we will recommend your company to everyone looking for something new in kitchens. I highly recommend Frugal Kitchens and Cabinets. They did beautiful work from design to installation. I met with Jeff, the designer, twice and I'm very pleased with what he created. Jeff listened to what I wanted and designed a great kitchen. The installation process was flawless and took six business days which is incredibly quick considering I had extensive electrical and plumbing work done as well. Every person who completed a job was on time, polite, and professional. Their employees are great craftsmen and their central office does a fantastic job keeping everything organized.

4 weeks after we presented initial measure no callback....nothing. We were told.we would hear something n a day or two. Proceed with caution.

My wife and I walked into the cedar crest store Saturday afternoon. Store was clean and orderly. We were shopping cabinet door fronts for our daughters new home. When we entered the store no one was in front so we walked around looking at displays. Finally someone in the back office said hello but didn't come out to great us.. So we sat down at a table and waited. 10 minutes went by with no one tending to us. We could hear voices talking and assumed they were working through some details. Finally a guy came out and said" do y'all need something"? I said yes we are looking at replacing cabinet fronts. He said, " we don't do that". "We only do full kitchens". He didn't offer to help us or direct us in any other way. It's was all he could do to get us out and back to his office. I will never use frugal kitchens and will tell all of our poor experience.
