        Arrived just before 4 PM, I was virtually the only one here, took 30 minutes to get my food and the waitress was late for work. Had to get the bartender to serve me. Steak undercooked and over seasoned. VERY bad.

        Service absolutely sucked. I needed ketchup for my burger... I had to ask 3 different people. Then the waitress came back to the table and told us they were out of ketchup...really? Disappointing for sure. That was just the tip of the iceberg too
