She is always looking out for us and our home beyond just the cleaning service. Cindy and her team have always gone above and beyond to keep our condo sparkling. Cindy has helped relocate guests due to AC failure, moved patio furniture during storms, etc. She has been my eyes and ears which has resulted in getting excellent reviews from our guests and lots of repeat business. I have been using Perfect Clean for over ten years to clean my home and have found the cleaning service to be professional, on time, and accommodating. There have been times that as a Realtor; we have needed Perfect Clean to come in and clean up a home before the home goes on the market and specialist have brought in to clean the tile and shampoo carpets. I highly recommend this service.

We have interacted with this company for 6+ years as they are contracted through a local property management company to clean our vacation homes. After several issues with their service including discarding some of our belongings, we had multiple meetings with Cindy to provide comments and share the problems that we found. The final straw is when they left our condo unlocked with keys in the door after a cleaning. Thank goodness we caught it at 7 pm that evening. Our complaint was met with indifference and foul language. We were told they were responsible for cleaning, not locking up. We do not recommend their service and no longer trust them in our home.
