Gittess Orthodontics

I am a two-time customer of Dr. Gittess (once as an adolescent and once as an adult after injury). Randy and his staff are nothing short of amazing. They provide excellent quality care at affordable prices. I would highly recommend to anyone as an adult or as a parent making the best decision for their child.

My daughter Brynn just got her braces on. She has autism and the office staff and Dr. Gittess have been very accommodating with her. We have never waited to be seen and everyone is so friendly. So far we are happy with our experience here.

If I could give this office a negative rating I would. The doctor does not care about anyone's time other than his own. I brought my step daughter in the other day and I waited in the car for almost an hour for her appointment to be over. Ive been told the appointment is only about a 10 minutes when it gets scheduled. This was not the first time. No complaints about the staff but the doctor needs to do a lot better if he wants to keep patients. **As I am unable to reply to your response, I am forced to add to the first part. I will not disclose my step daughters name in hopes of not being put in this middle. She has no complaints but as the parent who is forced to wait in the car, I find it extremely unacceptable and unprofessional to make people wait that long for a simple appointment. I can most certainly say that you do not run on time most of the time as I have had to wait multiple times for her but have said nothing. You run a practice so your patients should be your first priority. Clearly they are not.
