WOW, what great service at an even better price. My phone had a cracked screen and a shattered back so both needed to be replaced. I went in on a Saturday and worked with Roberto. What a great experience. He fixed both the front and back for less than what the major chain wanted to just fix the screen and it was perfect. It was done in 3 hours but the glue wasnt dry yet and as he wasnt open Sunday we had an issue because I needed the phone on Sunday. No problem, he let me take his clamps that were on the phone so the glue could properly dry overnight. He said bring them back whenever you can. Again,WOW!!!! All my phones and devices will be going to Plugged Inn going forward. Thanks Roberto.

Ive always maintained my own pc and been building it for over 10 years. Suddenly it wouldnt turn on anymore, and now a days I dont have the time like I use to and I was nervous about bringing my pc to a place and having someone else work on it. But I absolutely couldnt of been happier. He rebuilt my pc from the ground up and went through hell to get my pc up and running again. He clearly has a ton of experience and knowledge, and he uses it all to truly help his customers instead of trying to make an extra dollar. If you ever have anything wrong with your pc, bring it here. He will go above and beyond for you. I even said no to the discount he tried to give me, because he is well worth the low price he is already charging. If he reads this, truly thank you. Ill be back with a new motherboard!

Hands down the best repair spot Ive ever been to. Robert is very knowledgeable and honest, I bring in things that everyone else says isnt repairable and he gets it done within my budget every time. I actually just had him build me a custom PC for 3D modeling and Gaming and it came out amazing, he even took time to explain everything to me and helped me find the best parts at the cheapest prices.

I came in with a custom-built PC and a couple of issues that needed fixing. The owner kept updating me while he had my computer on the status of it and went above and beyond getting it fixed! I will be coming here for all my PC problems in the future!
