We called Nathan to schedule him for a repair on our washer maching. He was very professional and friendly. He was honest about not being able to repair our washing machine and not to waste the money, it was best to buy a new one. He was very knowledgeable and we will be using him for our repairs in the future. We called around to other repair services and none of them was as informative as Nathan.

Very unprofessional came out and recharged my fridge and only lasted two weeks Then was supposed to come back did not show up never returned call showed up three days later then when I vented Mt frustrations got in car and Left my

Complete waste of money. The serviceman had no idea what he was doing, no ability to diagnose the problem, and didn't even understand the basics of how a refrigerator works or is constructed. He wrongly said the refrigerant was low, that there was a refrigerant leak somewhere in the walls of the fridge (where the refrigerant doesn't run), and that it was unrepairable. GE tech came the next day and dignosed and fixed the problem in about a half hour. Was simply a failed fan. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
