The only hiccup in this otherwise flawless experience is the limited restroom facilities. The place is bustling with happy diners, which can lead to a bit of a wait for the restroom. My colleagues rave about how amazing the food is. So I thought why not order lunch. When I arrived to pick up my food the first person I encountered said I'll be right with you and went to talking to a waitress. The second person asked if I'd been helped I told her I hadn't, she asked how she could help, I told her I was there for a pick up order. She let me know I can pick up at the bar around the corner. When I arrived to the bar, there was no one there. Waited about 4 minutes as workers passed by me. Finally the second women I spoke to said the bartender must be caught up what's your name. I let her know my name and she walked away to look. The bartender then came (blonde women) and said are you here for a pick up, nothing has come out yet. I responded yes I'm here for a pick up, ok. About 5 minutes later she appears with a bag, hands me a clip board and says fill it out and walks away as I start to tell her I'm not a delivery driver an do not have an "order number." Simply rude! The entire time was unsettling. Did not appreciate the service received. However, the food was great.

This atmosphere transports you to another world while the food satisfies every inch of your taste buds! If this is a new experience for you, I recommend the Mixed Appetizer - it gives you the opportunity to try a little bit of every flavor (Humus, Babaganoush, Sauted Eggplant, Muhammara, Ezme, Cacik, Haydari and Zetinyagli Yaprak Dolma). And don't forget the Lavas - you have to put you babaganoush on something, right? And it is sooo worth it - crusty on the outside while soft & warm in the middle. Then there's the service - a special Thank You to Alejandro - you're amazing! Tell him what you want & he'll give it to you.

Great food, great service, great happy hour. Always very accommodating with gluten free (celiac disease). Dietary restrictions: Celiac disease - gluten free. Many options as long as you dont have rice. The manager always comes out to speak to us about GF. I order the babaganoush with veggies, beef sis kebap with extra veggies instead of rice and chocolate mousse is amazing.
