On-time, professional, dependable and easy to work with. Explained things thoroughly and mentioned the 60 day warranty several times. I would recommend them. I am not leaving a five star rating because I think they are somewhat expensive.

Hard to find service of this caliber anymore. Personal contact upon initial call, quote over the phone was accurate and no up-selling and then the rep was here on time and even provided notice of anticipated arrival time. Once at our pool, Jose meticulously checked the entire pool including all joints, perimeter tiles, supply and return jets and all bottom returns. He determined the source of our leak to be the skimmer area but continued to search for other possible leaks. Jose was very well versed and took time to explain in detail what he was doing, what would resolve the problem and the costs for the fix. He also scheduled the repair but not until he discussed all possible options. We can't say enough about Red Rhino but absolutely without reservation recommend them to any one with a leak problem who wants to have the problem solved quickly and professionally.
