They installed the roof on my home recently (townhouse) and it looks good. I noticed the soffit just under the roof had come loose in 2 places. I emailed them and included a picture and they never responded. Later I contacted my HOA who in turn was able to get winter park roofing to contact me. They ended up saying that they will not do anything to help because in their words my issue is not with the roof. Even if this is so, if I owned a roofing company and put a roof on someone's house I would come and fix the soffit solely out of professional courtesy. Luckily, I have a wonderful handyman who came by when I wasn't even home and fixed the soffit for no charge. I wouldn't use them ever again for my future homes because follow up is really important to establish a relationship, confidence and trust.

I had repair work done.
They installed flashing, sealing of gutters, sky light, rusting screws, replacement of pipes with critter guards and replacement of a small area of roofing tile. They were amazing! We chose Winter Park Roofing after good reviews on line and from multiple family members who have used them. Also the price was lower than 2 other companies. Professional and knowledgeable from our first meeting for a quote with James. He gave us so much important information. Communication with Andrea in the office was timely every time ! We were able to go around town to look at houses with colors we were considering. They were flexible with our time and the process was smooth and on the timetable they told us. Even our neighbors commented on the professionalism. Colby was the on site staff and was excellent. Part of the quote was adding and painting extra vents and also replacing multiple sheets of plywood. Very smooth process and very satisfied with the work and communication. After getting two written quotes, we went with Winter Park Roofing which was lower and also includes a wind mitigation report for insurance purposes. I liked James from the day he came to inspect our roof. He answers all your questions and educates you at the same time. From start to finish, this was a smooth project/operation, and their clean-up afterward was impeccable. Their crew was steady quiet workers with NO loud music. We had quite a few rotten places in the roof that we didn't know about that had to be repaired before they could continue; James stuck to his word and did not charge extra for that labor or material costs.
