We have been relying on Gary at Master-Tech Service for many years to maintain our home A/C. He is always responsive and always does high quality service. He is the rare find that is very knowledgeable, cares deeply about his customers, and is super trustworthy. I have no doubt he has saved us money by extending the lifetime of our A/C units.

Gary has been my “go to” AC guy for many years and I can’t say enough about his expertise and professionalism. In addition to being so knowledgeable about my AC unit and trying to explain to me how it works, I think my favorite thing is that he answers all calls and texts so promptly. He lets you know when he is on his way and will even text or call when he is running a little. Also, Gary is very upfront about repair costs which I think are very reasonable. I so very much appreciate his excellent service and highly recommend with five stars plus many more!
