Seven41 Winter Park

I am so glad and grateful I chose to live here. The staff on site are always helpful, the amenities (especially the gym, Amazon locker, and package room) are great, so many things are made simple and efficient by apps/online services, the whole complex has a smart design and great layout, and the room itself is amazing.

By far the best apartment complex Ive lived in! Great amenities, very home-y, and very clean. Everyone is extremely helpful and courteous, including the managing staff as well as the maintenance staff, especially Sean! Very quick to fix my maintenance issues. Would def recommend to anyone :)

Amazing building with great facilities and employees. We had a problem with our dishwasher and Sean came and did a fantastic job, very professional, worked quickly, nothing to complain about!

Edit as of 1/22/24: Will Seven41 Winter Park ever pay me back my security deposit? The company responded below to my review, saying they take this seriously and asking me to email them. I emailed them again at the email provided, and another week has gone by with no response. We moved out of the building in May of 2023 and the company never returned our security deposit. Florida law says that it must be returned within 15 days, and the renter must be notified of any deductions within 30 days, neither of which occurred. We reached out repeatedly beginning on October 26th, and were informed in writing on December 14th that the check was recut on November 10th and sent to our correct address. They said they would check on it and get back to us. They did not get back to us, and we still have not received a check.
