I had a wonderful experience here! Dr. Nagin is an excellent physician who listened to me and provided thoughtful, knowledgeable medical advice. She was solution oriented and collaborated with me to construct a plan. I felt comfortable sharing with her and trusted her advice for my health. I plan to continue seeing her as my new PCP.

I don't give 100 stars because it's not possible, in the years that I have lived here I have never had a doctor as attentive and concerned as Dr. Napoleon. I fell in love with her concern, attention and human quality. She is special and I think she loves her work. 100 stars. for her

Called in to make a new patient appointment, and WOW the front desk person was soo aggressive. She kept repeating herself louder and louder and not letting me get a word in, not sure if she was having a bad day but I had to hang up. I will be going elsewhere.

The 3-4 interns ( including Dr Navarrez and Dr Lenahan) who have treated me over the past 4 years were very compassionate, competent and good listeners. The head doctors in charge are highly experienced and they always make final decisions (like Dr Creamer) to ensure your intern doctor is making correct decisions The staff behind the counter are always cheerful and friendly. Highly recommended. If you make an appointment, the wait time is only a few minutes ( after dozens of them). It's your personal responsibility to interact properly with the staff to ensure proper care, it appears that the patients with poor ratings all seem to not understand how the system works. You can refuse treatment or change doctors anywhere. Know your rights and responsibilities. Of course not every interaction will be completely to your liking: we're all humans and if you show some respect to the staff I think your experience will be better (that goes for any professional you deal with in life) It's a two-way street: you as a patient have some responsibility involved in your own health care. If you come in with a chip on your shoulder that is not going to work. Furthermore, nobody's forcing you to go here, you always have the option of seeking out an experienced family physician for your PCP in their private office. I have never experienced any negative outcomes or experiences here because I make appointments and I use the AdventHealth portal which is a fantastic resource. Of 20+ employees I have dealt with here, only one seemed to have a negative attitude, but one out of 20 is not bad, and all she does is check blood pressure.
