I had a horrible experience. I was booked for a facial (that I tried to book for a whole month). I finally got in for my facial and the facialist (unsure if shes even an aesthetician) must have been drunk!! She couldnt stand up straight, slurred words, and was disheveled. I was supposed to get a microdermabrasion but was so afraid I said just a basic facial so I wouldnt get hurt. The light crashed into my head and she constantly was hitting the table. She kept leaving me alone for long periods of time and coming back. The steamer burned me and she was mumbling weird things to herself and then was screaming at the end of it. I went home and scrubbed my face off. Ive been here before and the way she was today was like nothing Ive seen before. Im never going back. I had a horrible experience. I had a negative experience without even going through with a service. To start, I had an accidental purchase on the business website. Immediately after realizing this, I called PayPal to see if they could simply reverse my purchase before it was finalized. PayPal directed me to reach out to the business first in hopes to resolve this issue. The first day the facility reopened for regular Business hours, I did so. I called about 5x this day with no answer. I was already frustrated and nobody was able to answer the phones during my multiple attempts. So I then followed back up with PayPal, and a claim was put in. I shortly after received an email from this facility, shaming me for not reaching out to them. I informed this person that I did so multiple times and was unsuccessful. After that, the email conversation continued with this person shaming me for not leaving a voicemail and reaching out to PayPal. As a customer of any service or business, I find this type of response highly inappropriate and uncalled for. I had a negative experience without even going through with a service. I was in dire need of therapy to briefly relieve debilitating pain and called to book my appointment only to be met with the most atrocious response. I truly hope the one who answers the phone is not the owner because she certainly needs a lesson in professional courtesy and likely much more than just massage therapy herself. This incredibly miserable woman truly personifies the phrase "Hell is other people". I will be canceling my payment and I suggest you avoid supporting this business at all costs since there are countless spas available who will treat you with respect and are happy to serve the public that fund their success. I feel terrible for the therapists that have to work under this awful woman's reputation especially according to all the similar experiences I read below.
