        Don’t do business with this company! They installed a unit in 2012 for us and apparently never closed the permit…and not sure the unit was even new. Fast forward and all I need then to do is close the expired permit and I can’t even get them to call me back. I’ve called 6 times and left messages only to be ignored and bounced around to different departments that won’t call me back. I have a pending sale on my home and they could care less!

        I've been a customer for years and they are great organization. Have purchased many Goodman units for my properties and Kate always takes great care of me. Their prices are competitive and warranty support is outstanding. Though you rarely need it with Goodman!!
