Don't expect any customer service at this store. The clerk couldn't be bother to look up from the cell phone long enough to see if I was still even in the store. She had her head so close to the phone behind the counter I almost thought she was asleep. It was my first time in this store, and will probably be my last.

Very nice shop, but parking is always a pain down town Winter Park (right near the new Sunrail station though).
Good selection, even of one particular spice. E.G. anise, they will have several variety.
But when it comes to ethnic specific spices (in this case I was cooking Indian, and phở), shop at either an Indian grocery or some of the Asian markets down at Mills and SR50.
Overall, nice shop, will come back, but probably for general browsing and random purchases.

I love cooking, and have only ordered from Penzey's online before - it was a delight to visit a brick-and-mortar shop!
