Don't shop here terrible service we done a delivery form and it is all damaged when we opened it up do not shop at shop factorydirect.com They try to get out from paying their invoice the table was completely damaged when we took it to the customers residence the customer even knew is damaged when we opened it up was on the phone with Tina and and Gary at shop factory in we sent over photos there they try to get out paying their bills.

Excellent customer service. Each person I spoke with was very amicable. I did receive a damaged piece but getting it replaced was a simple process. As long as you follow the instructions you're good to go. I will definitely shop through the website again.

We have purchased a bedroom set, dining set and living room set from Shop Factory Direct. The bedroom set had the leather trim on it basically tear away and we had to have the redone. The dining table came in damaged and we were able to settle with ShopFactoryDirect on a monetary payment for that. SInce then, that set has been good. The living room set, however, is falling apart! It is only 2.5 years old! Their shipping and service are good, but the quality is suspect. If you want quality, pay more with a local furniture store.

I paid for a Royale marble king canopy bedroom set in November 2021 it's now April 2022 still no bedroom set that I paid over $5000 for; I spoke with Lisa she seemed very nice throughout the process of me emailing her and phone conversation she told me my ETA for delivery was showing for late December to maybe beginning of January, but after a while she stopped responding to my voicemail and emails. So I called to see if I could reach another person which happened to be a lady name Kimberly she was very professional, friendly and helpful she called me bi-weekly with updates to then find out my ETA for delivery was going to be February 2022- late March 2022. I have been more than patient with this company it's very disheartening to feel like your getting the run around with a company that is supposed to be family oriented. I seen good reviews and bad reviews I took it in countability that all customers won't be pleased. But it's now April and Kimberly is now in another job position after leaving her a voicemail I got a return voicemail message from Tina stating my ETA for delivery is sometime in April 2022 she stated she will keep me posted as updates come in I appreciate that but I would greatly appreciate a actual delivery date. As a customer for me I love to brag especially when the service a company is great and stress-free. I get having trouble with shipping but if the shipping proctol that the company has in place consistently takes months and products are received damaged as customer reviews state then there needs to be other measures for delivery. I'm just praying that I receive my bedroom set undamaged and that I receive it sooner than later I would love to give a better review and have a better outcome than some of the reviews I have read. Then that tells me as a customer the company is improving and they want to make sure they are who they say they are. I I could get a hold of another person Kimberly was very nice as well but she went
