LGI Homes - Kensington View

Lisa was my sales person who was very rude. She never introduced herself to Me and my family, neither did she consider what I was looking into purchasing. She insisted I get a 3 bedroom called “CoCo” even though I told her numerous of times that I needed a 5. She disregarded many of my questions and went straight into wanting me to get prequalified for a 3 bedroom. She left the table and a gentleman came back to speak. I feel like I was in a timeshare meeting. However, the gentleman was very sweet. He showed us a model home, that has more garage space than the entire home. The bedrooms were so small, that not even a baby’s nursing furniture could fit. My current walk in closet is bigger than their bedrooms. The bathrooms counter tops are made from quartz. In which I personally feel is poor quality for a home that’s being listed as +$280,000. My assessment of the home is that it should be listed around $150,000. The gentleman stated that most of the homes are being bought for investment purposes. Which is a smart idea, because they are definitely not family livable.

It's going to be a nice neighborhood, The sales staff are friendly, Their homes start at 261k, 1600.00 a month, I rent rite now and Don't pay that, Why would I buy at 1600 a month and not be able to pay that and end up in foreclosure. I wasted my time even trying. The world is messed up! Can't afford to Buy, Can't afford to rent, No wonder so many people are homeless.
