Their computer system and phone systems is horrible to work with. It makes the company very unprofessional. They need to do a better job training their employees they would have a small turn around rate we were trained better. My training class had 12 people and about 5 people were left after our 1st week on the floor taking calls. After 1 month maybe 3 people left. My class formed a group text where we tried to help each with questions in between calls. They company had a support group chat but sometimes the supervisors were so busy they couldn't help you while you are in the call. Everyone had the same reason for leaving this job was too stressful.
