Yuliya and Rick were simply amazing!! As UK citizens we thought the challenge of buying a home in the US was daunting but they made the whole experience easy. From the time we arrived to view a number of potential homes, Rick was energetic, enthusiastic and understanding of our needs and requirements. When we stopped for the day he continued working to find more specific viewings the following day. When we finally decided on our home both Rick and Yuliya did all the leg work as we were remote and unable to attend the important inspections and on site activities. They both supported and guided us at all stages. Any question from us at any time of the day was answered almost immediately- they must work 24hrs a day!! Rick and Yuliya have continued to provide us with help and support after the closure and purchase. After buying many houses in our lifetime we can honestly say we have not found better Realtors than these two. We would not recommend anyone else to find your dream home! Yuliya is an excellent person, professional, detail and very knowledgeable realtor. I’m very grateful that we found Yuliya because she was able to find us home in a week that we meet her, since the moment that my husband and I spoke with her over the phone, she was able to understand us what we were looking for a house. she is very knowledgeable and will help you to understanding the process, she will guide you and even work extra hours to make sure you will find the perfect house that you are looking for, she answer text and phone calls any time even on the weekend. Yuliya even did FaceTime to show us houses, she was very detail since it was very hard for us to drive 3 hours from Coral Springs, she was able to schedule appointment to see 10 houses same weekend to make sure we find the house that we are looking for. We are extremely happy that the first time we meet Yuliya we were able to found a house and the process was so quickly, she help us with all the process so fast.
