AdventHealth Lab Winter Garden

The entire system and process is absolutely ridiculous here. They have one person at one desk checking in everybody-appointments, drop offs, walk-ins- off of one check-in list. I had an 8:30 appointment that I had to escalate because there were over 15 people ahead of me as walk-ins. This was the second time this sort of thing had happened in a week as well. Theres no urgency or organization. I will go out of my way to go to another lab next time.

Easy scheduling online, easy parking and check-in, friendly staff, called back within reasonable time. Skillful collection of a large number of labs. Have come several times and would return.

Had a great experience, the ladies in the lab were so sweet and informative. They made me feel at ease immediately. I had an appointment and my wait time wasnt too long at all.

Laura and Sasha were so wonderful with my 6 year old. She is terrified of needles and they made her so comfortable and talked to her the entire time. She didnt even cry which is amazing! They were fast and gentle and so wonderful!

I have never been treated with such disrespect ever, especially out in a public setting and in front of my child. I will never come here again and I don't recommend the lab at all
