Our business uses this location to receive mail, etc and we've never had an issue. Our mail and packages are well received and maintained, and any questions we've had are always answered. Every employee we've interacted with has also been kind, helpful, and personable - we've dealt with everyone there. I've had print jobs and projects completed here as well - no issues with those either. The location can get busy, but that's to be expected and in my experience largely caused by customers not having their items ready.

Apparently the workers at this location have issues receiving Amazon returns ........ lack of good (polite) customer service I guess must be part of the “NEW NORM” ... disappointing!

Jesse was extremely kind and helpful! I didn't know much about shipping and labelling and he took the time to explain the process to me. Thanks to him, my Amazon return went smoothly! I look forward to being helped by Jesse again at UPS! (He's also quite the charmer! I was so worried about being a nuisance but he made me feel more than welcome despite all my questions!) A HUGE thank you for his patience
