Jakki has taught both of our daughters how to drive, and they have loved working with her. She is diligent, careful, thorough, responsible, encouraging, and vigilant. Our girls felt very comfortable learning with her, and they have developed excellent driving skills under her guidance. I have recommended 911 Driving School, and Jakki, to many of my friends with teen kids who are getting their permits. My girls say she is very sweet and makes driving fun! Thank you, Jakki!

John has been giving my son lessons since he got his permit. He is so kind and nice with his approach to a nervous teen. Hes helped him learn to drive and given him confidence while doing it. He goes above and beyond when he teaches and keeps things easy and simple so not to overwhelm you. I really appreciate him and there was even an instance we were stuck somewhere else and he came all the way there to get my son for his lesson. This wasnt the agreed upon pick up location so he really went above and beyond. I am so grateful for his professionalism and kindness while teaching. I also really like how he encourages you and lets you know youre doing a good job or gives you pointers on how to do something better with a very positive attitude. He will repeat the same maneuver until you get it right and you dont feel stupid the whole time because hes so encouraging and makes you feel good once you finally get it right. I cant recommend him and 9-1-1 Driving School enough! Theyre so wonderful! They will even take you for your road test in their car if you dont have one available. Highly recommend the school and John Thompson!

Jakki is an amazing instructor. I did a 1hour course just before I did my road test and the advice, tips and confident I got from her was amazing and got me through my road test with flying colors in such a small time frame. Thank you Jakki you did a awesome job.
