I called and set up a date for an estimate and they no called no showed. I called and asked what happened, they had computer issues and my apt was deleted. Ok I understand computer problems so I rescheduled for today. However its a 2nd no call no show, I called and left a voice mail and no response. So I guess I will hire a professional company to cut some tree branches, pull a stump and trim some bushes.

The service was great and the price wonderful for the work. The communication was a bit rough. They missed two appointments for an estimate, which was frustrating, but overall I’m happy because of the amount of work they did and the knowledge they had. If you can get passed some rocky communication, the work is worth it.

John is VERY knowledgeable & has an obvious passion for the work he does. I didn't realize there was so much you need to know to properly perform this type of job.

The tree removal process was done over several days which is fine but the lack of communication with us on the progress or when the job will be done was very disappointing . Highly disappointed in the lack of follow through on sending me a receipt for the tree removal and the link for me to place a Google review. Even more disappointing that I have also missing tools out of my garage. We are currently missing our blue power drill ( they broke the fence and used our tool to fix it and then just took it) and a spade shovel. I reached out but no return phone call yet. I am expecting this to be corrected ASAP and my tools brought back. Updated review: owners got back to me, receipt was sent, drill made it back to my house, shovel was unable to be located but they replaced it with a new one. Thank you for making it right, I really appreciate that. Service: Tree removal
