Reedy Plumbing misdiagnosed my plumbing problem and charged me almost $1300 basically for not doing anything. The plumber recommended video of my drainage system. Charged me $450 and informed me that the drains are clean. He then recommended a different, more powerful toilet. Charged me $820. Not even two weeks later the system was backed up again. If he completed the video of my drainage system, he would have seen that the drains were clogged. I did not need a new toilet after all. I've reached out to the company twice, but was ignored. I believe that the plumber (Brian) took an advantage of me because I am a woman and a senior. They don't even deserve one star. Service: Drain cleaning

I so appreciate the work, attention to detail, and the prompt response that was given. We called for an emergency repair in the midst of getting ready for Hurricane Ian. Clint was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and would definitely be reaching out to them if we ever need anything in the future.
