Was able to find Hera 18W CW 19" inch under cabinet lights which are no longer made at Eclectic-ware. They were shipped out safe and securely across county and arrived safely in a few days. From the electronic invoices, was able to e-mail the owner John back with some questions about a replacement light as well and he immediately responded with a suitable replacement option that is 'plug and play' to what I have. Really a life saver to find these bulbs - not carried in my hardware store and not on Amazon. Highly recommend! Thank you

The website has a lot of great information that helped me pick out the lights to use to retrofit our boat. I ordered one so we could see how it looks and I have to say I am very impressed! The order shipped quickly and I'm now planning to order the rest of the lights we need. The photos show the new light off on its own and on with the new light in the corner and the old lights for comparison. I'm always happy when I find a small business that keeps the customer first. It's sad that old fashioned customer service is practically a thing of the past with all the big box stores these days. Eclectic-ware took care of us and I am a very happy customer.

I ordered two towel bars with ceramic flat mount brackets. I immediately received a phone call from the company telling me they didn't have all the same color. I changed the order to a shade slightly deeper and it worked out perfectly. The customer service was excellent and quick and less than a week later I had the towel bars at my house and mounted. I would recomment this company.

I own an older Carver Trojan Horse yacht and Eclectic-ware has been great with the explanations and product descriptions to make sure I can get it right. They get the product out the door to me so I can keep tinkering with my boat.

I would highly recommend. Looking for vintage new stock/retro you cant go wrong. I purchased towel bars and soap holders I got what I ordered promptly a couple items were broken Ill let John know he replaced them quickly. I would highly recommend I look forward to doing business with him again when I remodel my other bathroom and I will let everyone know in my neighborhood who are restoring their 1950s homes about Johns merchandise.
