It's not just about having a fully booked schedule and disregarding potential new customers; it's also about providing excellent service and support to them. If you choose to use Google Business profile as a means to advertise your business location, it is your responsibility to update your profile accordingly. A clear notice, prominently displayed, stating "Not Accepting New Customers" is necessary. This prevents potential customers, drawn in by your five-star rating, from experiencing disappointment when they learn you're not taking new clients. Effective communication is key.
