My husband Ralph and I looked at Maseratis for a long time and we found one we liked at the Taverna Group in Hollywood, FL. Heath was our salesman and he was wonderful. Answered all our questions and concerns and always got back to us immediately when we left a message. We live in Naples Florida and the car was delivered to our house. We are very satisfied with the car and the service we received from Heath and highly recommend the Taverna Group.

They state on their web site We take pride in our dealership and in our inventory. Thats why every vehicle that we acquire goes through a rigorous inspection process.. Why does Taverna choose to not respond to our recent questions regarding our car purchase? Is it ignorance or frank dishonesty? We were told the car had been completely inspected and that they only sell quality vehicles. To our dismay we discovered the vehicle we purchased had never even had the oil checked or changed requiring us to do this a few days after taking possession of the car. In the process of getting the oil change extreme rust of the undercarriage was also discovered. See photo. We reached out to our salesman, Nick, and he expressed surprise and asked us to email a management address he provided. To date we have had no response to our inquiry. In addition, there was a missing part that was to be provided and they remain silent on that aspect as well.
