Cherry Roofing employees do not care. My neighbors, on both sides of me used Cherry to replace their roofs. Aside from their truck drivers not caring about blocking driveways, the level of debris the roofers leave behind is unacceptable. If you want Roofing nails all over your lawn, go with these guys. Edit: One of those neighbors had Cherry come back over 6 times, each time just after some heavy rain......

I waited to post this review in hopes Bobby from Cherry Roofing would eventually reach out and respond to me. Unfortunately, that never happened. Bobby did several repairs on our roof when we were in the process of purchasing a home. Fast forward to less than two months later, we have a leak in the same spot they repaired. My wife texted Bobby and he responded right away that he would stop by to look at the leak. He never showed up and stopped responding to her texts. The following week I called Bobby and he said the same thing, he would stop by the next day and never showed up. My wife also tried calling the office and a female employee answered the phone and said she would talk to Bobby and call back the next day. We never received a call back, as expected. It became very clear that Bobby was ignoring us and had no intention of actually stopping by. Extremely disappointing coming from the owner of a company that has been around for years. If you want to hire a honest roofing company that honors their warranty, look elsewhere. Service: Roof repair

cherry roof did my flat roof but 1.5 yrs later i had a problem, so i called them and let them know. well no-one called me and i had to call them back. the lady who answers the phone was very rude to me and was acting like a victim ( typ Karen ) . if this is how they handle there warranty than i will just have to find another company and send them the bill. This company was professional, efficient, responsive to questions, and did a great job. Their personnel were attentive and personable.
