I had a good experience hiring Neal Roofing to replace my aging shingle roof with a galvalume metal roof. Annie answered my first call requesting a reroof proposal and promptly scheduled a sales rep. James arrived exactly on time, was very polite, professional and knowledgeable as we went over the proposal. As a result of this meeting, the quick response to my initial call, a good price and all the great reviews from other customers I signed a contract with Neal Roofing and Waterproofing and have not regretted it. Less than seven weeks later they passed the final inspection on my completed roof. Much of this was due to Tom, Neal Roofing's supervisor assigned to my job. He contacted me by phone or text almost daily to keep me informed every step of the entire project. He stopped by whenever his team had any issues, helped with job progress or was up on the roof going over job performance. All the team members for the roof demo and cleanup did a great job. Worked hard and fast and had my roof dried in and my entire yard cleaned up in one day. Metal installation team performed the same way. always on time, had all materials on site prior to starting, worked quickly and cleaned up very well when job finished. Job supervisor, Tom came by after final inspection (all 3 inspections passed 1st time) to make sure job was finished per contract and all debris removed. Neal Roofing and Waterproofing was the right choice for my reroof project.

The company communicated effectively from the onset of the initial inspection to the completion of my stunning proof. The company took their time to examine my roof to ensure a proper diagnosis. The company was honest about the time frame of the project. Moreover, they maintained constant communication, keeping me abreast of the process. They were able to achieve the exact quality that I desired. My roof is exactly what I desired; I am 100% satisfied. My roof not only looks remarkable, but the underlying materials are free of flaws.
