Integrity Plumbing and Drain, Inc

Don't even bother calling them. They charge a flat rate of $155 for an estimate (even for something as simple as a hot water heater replacement). The estimate would literally take 5 minutes. They claim they'll take the estimate fee off of the bill, but that's a way of extorting the customer to use their business. Pretty nervy, when they call themselves, "Integrity Plumbing". NO THANKS.

I used Integrity Plumbing for my hot water heater installation this week. I had an old unit in there from the previous owners and desperately needed a replacement before it leaked on me. I called Integrity Plumbing and they sent out someone within a couple days. Since there was no urgency, I was thrilled they were willing to help me out so soon! Dan and Pat came in and replaced my hot water heat within a few hours. Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient! They even cleaned up prior to leaving. I will be calling Integrity for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you!
