Dr. Schwartz and his staff are simply incredible. Dr. Schwartz is amazing ! He listened to my concerns and what I was hoping to achieve. The staff is very kind, professional and helpful. Every phase of the process was well communicated and made me feel extremely comfortable.

LIGHT ENT OF Boynton Management lacks ANY PROFFESIONALISM whatsoever. There is zero communication unless it is lies to cover their disgusting behavior. Amal EL Karimi-Short is rude with no compassion or accountability for the offices errors. I have prolonged a surgery regarding a painful medical issue for almost 2 months, not to mention the lost time and money I can not get back in good faith only to find it was based on lies and false repair from Bruna Albuquerque. It is UNBELIEVABLE what I have endured with the office "Management". I have attempted to speak directly with Dr. Schwartz on several occasions only to be prevented by the staff for fear of exposure of their behavior. The offices incompetency is upsetting and unsettling to say the least. My only goal in sharing this is to have the Doctors be made aware of the mistreatment of the patients and hopefully reach out.
