Tracy and the team at Broward County motorsports were amazing purchase two brand new 2023 Sea-Doo RXTX 300 and got a smoking deal. They have amazing customer service after you purchase your vehicle after two hours of riding the mirror glass popped off one of my skis. I sent And a few pictures and they ordered me a replacement right away! I will definitely do business with them again. Highly recommended!

Purchased a used motorcycle in Feb at about 2800 miles. It was my second time riding this bike ever and the break fluid wasnt changed out and there was air in my lines causing my rear break to give out mid ride on a downhill. Keep in mind I was only 5 days out of my BRC and never touched a bike beforehand. Also you pay for the servicing the bike received before it was put on the lot in the price of the bike and when I went back to ask if they could just check it over to make sure they didnt miss anything else I was met with annoyance by the service guy. Secondly I had someone else pick up my bike for repair, the mechanic himself, and first thing he noticed was my clutch. literally saying ugh whys it like that?. Tightened or whatever in a way that every time I rode I was burning up my plates causing my acceleration to give out on the interstate where I had get over to the right from the HOV lane to get towed. As a new rider how would I have known something was wrong? Surely the service staff would have caught this if the bike was serviced thoroughly. But I wouldnt be surprised it it was done purposefully to get you back in to fix it, just my opinion. Thirdly when I was to be towed by this dealership ($150 for a 3 mile journey btw) I had missed the phone call which I do admit is fault on my part but the man said hed be here in 20, 15 mins had passed, and he said Im already returned to the store. And to talk to someone named Adrian. Talked to the dealership and they couldnt contact the guy, I called with no answer. Only for about an hour later the guy shows up unannounced AFTER I had cancelled the tow entirely. Also just a note. If you buy pre owned and the bike isnt under manufacturer warranty and you dont get an extended warranty, you can drive off the lot, break down right there, and it wont be their issue. I had been nothing but kind to these people because hey I get it, people villainize dealerships all the time and the staff are just there to do the job. Well now I see why. On the only bright side, their sales staff is nice but avoid the service department.
