My husband and I are very grateful for the way Marquise and Elaine Queen professionally handled the sale of our property. We were impressed with their dedication to get us the maximum value. Their hard work helped tremendously in mitigating the stresses involved in selling the house.

Marquise and Elaine were very kind and helpful. They quickly learned what kind of home my wife and I were looking for and immediately started searching in the area we were interested in. They were very consistent in bringing to our attention the new listings as soon as they were posted. They always made themselves available when we wanted to visit a particular house no matter what day it was. During our visits they always gave us good tips on what to look for, what could be a potential issue and what was a relatively a minor one. Perhaps the most impressive part was that they were on top of the changes in the market and matched what we wanted very well. In fact we ended up finding and getting the exact home we wanted because they notified us of the listing just one hour after it was posted. They were also very helpful in explaining and clarifying the legal documents we needed to fill out all the way till closing. Their dedication to helping their client is noteworthy and commendable.
