Worst health care. Cano Health and doctors have poor communication. Can not get a hold of doctor no phone number to talk to doctor. Run away from Cano Health !!!!!!!!!

If I can give this place zero stars I would. This clinic is a joke. Please do not come here. This place does not care about their patients.

Zero organizational skills, never had consideration for scheduled times, their former patient was still receiving prescription orders a year after he left them because their lack of professionalism, rude and oblivious staff members up front and around the office, no proper care for patients at their location, even if the patient can get injured at their location they would not be proactive to take care of issues correctly, frankly I do not recommend this place at all.

I called these offices number one, to see if they take my insurance, and two, to see if they are accepting new patients. The receptionist I spoke with was as similar as any other receptionist. She confirmed that my insurance was accepted by this practice, however she would not be able to make an initial appointment for me for three weeks out. I was grateful for finding a facility and gave her my information. I did this three weeks ago, so today is my appointment. I show up a bit early as I know I will have to fill out paperwork as usual. They do NOT have an appointment for me. I confirmed I had the right facility along with phone number. It was true. This is the facility I spoke with three weeks ago.Very unprofessional .. very disappointed.
