I heard about these "cryobars" and thought, nope, not for me. Well, turns out one of my clients uses this one and insisted I go here. BEST CHOICE EVER. Immediate differences in how I felt...I don't think I'll go a month without taking care of my body here. Thanks guys!

I’ve been to Florida Cryobar multiple times now for a sports injury. After my first treatment the inflammation and pain radically disappeared. After my second treatment, I felt energized, no pain whatsoever and could not wait to go back for my third session. I can’t stress enough how amazing cryotherapy is and how professional, clean, and accommodating everyone at Florida Cryobar is!! Go check it out!!

I have read about cryotherapy but never tried it. I came across this location and gave it a try on a whim. I'm 29, but have mild arthritis and chronic bursitis in my right shoulder from high school sports. I expected an uneasy and uncomfortable feeling like and ice bath. The owner, Hillary, was extremely informative and promised results. Results were had. I had a rush of energy after. I woke up the next day, not pain free, but reduced for the first time in years. I am a believer and now a habitual user of cryotherapy. I can only imagine what amount of recovery time this will shave off from lifting. It's better results of an ice bath in 3 minutes. Hillary and staff, kudos on an informative, relaxing process. It's an easy yo find location in downtown West Palm adjacent to the cross fit gym. Florida Cryobar made me a believer of the treatment and a customer. I can't say enough nice things about the staff. Come sore, leave happy. 5 stars all around!
