I just called this number to ask about information about my existing plan. The options were to Press 1 for a quote and Press 2 for all other inquiries. I called multiple times and every time I pressed 2 it just said Goodbye and disconnected. I was sure they were open. So the next time I pressed 1 instead. Some guy answered the phone with me on speaker and sounding like he was yelling from across the room. I then explained my situation and he said Im an independent broker I cant help you. Already offended by his tone, I was going to ask him if he could give me the correct number to call and he hung up on me. He was completely rude, childish, and unprofessional. Jerk wad.
