I do not understand how this place gets such good ratings. I’ve had consistently lousy service from them, but recently it’s gotten worse. Their app refuses to take an online order, they don’t take orders over the phone. So, I decided to get a delivery order. Huge mistake. Half the order was missing on delivery, they don’t answer their phone and there’s no way to call the delivery service. I’m going to dispute the charges, but what an utter hassle. I’ve been to other BurgerFi locations, this is definitely an aberration, but I will need to find another spot for my burger fix.

BurgerFi at Rosemary Square in Palm Beach, FL I think everyone should know that BurgerFi Is not a fast food restaurant!! The food is fresh and made by Chefs !! Everything takes time !! If you want fast food go to McDonald’s and eat their nasty mystery meat patties!!!! Everyone that works there is amazing and believe me they’re trying to get your food out fast !! Again they’re not a fast food place they’re a restaurant!! They all work very hard there ! And guess what? You can tip them for their outstanding service!!!! 2 last things! Every time I eat there , their burgers look amazing just like the picture on the menu!!! And they are one of the cleanest restaurants at Rosemary Square!!!!

Solid fast food casual burger joint. Up there with SS and 5 Guys, but with their own spin. Bun is toasted and buttered and their fries aren’t greasy. Order the onion rings and don’t look back. They have several home made sauces and you should take advantage of it to get your flavor.

This could be a 5 star place because the food tastes really good. It loses two stars because the burgers are always sloppily put together, almost as though they are in a rush, and crush the buns, and toss on the ingredients to get it on the tray. Also, whoever decided on the flooring should be fired. Two of my friends almost fell because it's super slippery and always looks greasy because of it being so slick. Tables are only sometimes clean but often left dirty from old patrons. On the good side the staff is very friendly and all the items on their menu taste great. Take care of the details and this is a 5 star location.
