The roses died so fast

Went to their website a couple of days ago to pre-order red roses (their kiss of the rose selection) to be delivered on Valentines day. I spent extra ($93) to get the premium which according to the site would have been 12 roses. When they were delivered instead it was a completely different arrangement with 3 pink roses and the arrangement is of a lesser value. The shop had my number for the last 3 days and could have called me to at least let me know if they were out of red roses or asked me if there was another arrangement i was comfortable with. I would never order anything from this shop again.

I must say I am in awe in regards to the service that this flower shop provides! I placed an order around 2pm for a large birthday bouquet and knowing it would be a stretch for same day delivery I just called to see if it was possible. I spoke with the owner and he was very happy to do same day delivery. 30 minutes later they were there at her office. I could not be happier with how quickly they were able to deliver them and how beautiful they were! Thank you for ensuring she had a smile on her face for her birthday!
