We had a great experience when ordering tile from Matthew at Armand flooring. Received our order as promised and with no broken tiles. I will use them again in the future.

Long story… even though I paid more for shipping than the tile, the tile was delivered almost fully broken. They said they would be replacing the damaged tile; however, after I followed up a few weeks later, they said the shipping company attempted to deliver with no success since I couldn’t be reached to confirm the delivery. (Maybe because I was WFH on calls like most of us these days!) Now I have to pay for the shipping (again) to receive the replacement tile! Remember, the shipping costs more than the tile! This has been going on since November without a resolution.

On 2/21 I placed an order after talking to Alex on the phone. I was super excited as I thought I had found a good price on the tile I had my eye on for my new house. I paid the invoice immediately after it was sent over. Alex stated that I could pick up my order up in Deerfield beach to save on shipping and that it was being sent out from Jacksonville. A few days later my order was canceled saying that it could not be fulfilled yet it was still listed on their website for almost double the cost. When I called to inquire why, I happened to get Alex on the phone again. He explained to me that their warehouse caught on fire and inventory had been damaged. They would have to order from the manufacturer at a new price.. I'm sorry but I just don't believe that to be true. Not only that but Alex told me my product was being sent by the manufacturer to the warehouse in Deerfield beach so it would have never came from their warehouse to begin with? None of it added up to me but either way now I'm inconvenienced to order the tile again. Do yourself a favor and just order somewhere else even if you think you are getting a good deal. Who knows if your order will get fulfilled.
